Luxury Brand Consultant Suzanne Hader Leads Singapore, Hong Kong Seminar on Marketing to High Net Worth Customers

NEW YORK (Dec. 10, 2007) – Suzanne Hader, principal of brand and marketing consultancy 400twin (www.400twin.com), will lead a two-day workshop, “Marketing to High Net Worth Individuals: Effective Strategies and Practical Techniques to Understand, Attract and Retain the HNW Market,” on Jan. 21 and 22 in Singapore, and Jan. 24 and 25 in Hong Kong.

The event will provide marketing executives with key insights about the luxury customer, particularly the high net worth segment, and show how segmentation strategy, targeted account planning and branded customer experiences can be used to capture a greater share of wallet from this highly desirable type of customer.

“The high net worth segment is made up of demanding consumers who exhibit behaviors and preferences that can differ from the traditional luxury customer profile,” says Hader. “Through a series of case studies and real-life examples, our goal is to educate marketing executives about this particular audience, the luxury brand landscape and the best marketing processes and practices for reaching the customer.”

New York-based 400twin provides expert evaluation, strategic direction and tactical planning to enable high-end brands to achieve “brand-devotional” behavior among their customers. The firm serves clients in the beauty, fashion, travel and hospitality industries, working to establish their brands as unequivocally luxurious in the minds of a discriminating and thoughtful market segment.

The workshop, designed to inform global marketing executives, will cover topics such as: the value of market research in understanding the high net worth audience; understanding the decision-making process of the luxury customer; and understanding and managing the customer experience – from initial awareness to profitable relationship. There also will be panel discussions at both events with executives from local organizations that cater to the luxury segment.

The workshop will be hosted by Pacific Conferences, a Singapore-based organization that arranges conferences on topics of specific interest to businesses in Asia-Pacific. For more information, including cost to attend and how to register for the workshop, please visit the Pacific Conferences Web site, http://www.conferences.com.sg/Conferences.htm.
